The Review Operations Team: Keeping Snapchat Safe and Engaging

The Review Operations team, part of Snap’s Platform Integrity and Operations organization, plays a critical role in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for every Snapchatter. Whether it’s engaging with Spotlight snaps, Discover creators, or ads between Stories, our team moderates publicly visible content to uphold Snapchat’s Community Guidelines, Terms of Service, and product-specific policies. Working closely with Product and Engineering teams, we ensure that all content aligns with our standards, creating a safe, relevant, and engaging environment for our global community.

Join Us as a Program Manager

Snap Inc. is looking for a talented Program Manager to join our Operations team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Support and Product teams to ensure the seamless launch of new Snapchat products and features. You’ll be responsible for scoping, planning, and improving the release readiness process, all with the goal of enhancing the Snapchatter experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive operational readiness for new Snapchat product launches across cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare Operations teams to support new products by reviewing roadmaps, creating training materials, and coordinating operational plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with teams across Operations, Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and more.
  • Identify and mitigate risks during product launches, working closely with stakeholders to implement solutions.
  • Improve the Operations Release Program by addressing gaps, inefficiencies, and inconsistencies.
  • Lead projects to enhance processes and communication channels within the program.

What We’re Looking For

  • Skills & Abilities:
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to turn complex challenges into actionable plans.
    • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Minimum Qualifications:
    • A BS/BA degree or equivalent experience in Business, Operations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in program/project management, product operations, or a similar role.
    • Experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in consumer technology, communications, or social media.
    • Familiarity with customer support workflows and operational design best practices.
    • Knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile, Kanban, or Scrum.
    • Proficiency with ticketing systems like Jira and data tools such as SQL.
    • A passion for Snapchat and a deep understanding of what makes a great user, business, and platform experience.
