We’re excited to announce an opening for a Customer Operations Program Manager (OFR) to join our team in Torrance, CA. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong customer relationships and managing complex supply chains for one of our largest strategic clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with the customer at all levels, acting as their main point of contact.
• Drive operational performance, conduct root cause analysis, and develop strategic solutions for DGF’s air, ocean, domestic, and brokerage services.
• Lead customer-facing meetings to discuss performance, opportunities, and strategies.
• Collaborate with regional teams to streamline cross-regional initiatives and solutions.
• Support the Operational Excellence Center (OEC) and field operations teams to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide visibility and guidance to DGF stations to improve the flow of goods, materials, and data across multiple origins and destinations.
• Work closely with global and regional Ocean Freight (OFR) teams to ensure smooth product roll-outs and end-to-end solutions.
• Partner with Customer Solutions and Innovations, as well as other DPDHL business units, to create tailored solutions for evolving customer needs.
• Assist the commercial team with strategic projects and seasonal demand planning.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of ocean freight services and the logistics/supply chain industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.

Pay & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $74,970–$99,960+ (based on experience).
