Company Overview

The Field Support Manager, Communications, plays a pivotal role in driving the success of our Key Accounts, Insights, and Distribution teams. By developing tools and processes aligned with brand standards, this position supports national strategies across the U.S. to help us dominate the Energy Drink category, grow our business, and outperform competitors.

This role focuses on enhancing product commercialization, distribution initiatives, and retail channel strategies. The Manager will streamline operations, engage and train sales teams, and ensure the execution of critical trade initiatives across all Off-Premise accounts. Working cross-functionally, the Manager will lead sales communications for both internal teams and our external distributor network, while creating resources that support sales and business plan goals.


Job Description

1. Commercialization and Sales Strategy

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to create tools for Key Accounts and the Off-Premise network.
  • Analyze trade data to uncover opportunities and trends.
  • Craft compelling marketing presentations using Circana data, insights, and storytelling techniques.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align sales strategies with business KPIs.
  • Present sales and distribution plans to executive stakeholders.

2. Streamlining Internal Communication Processes

  • Evaluate current sales processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support product innovation and commercialization efforts.
  • Implement best practices, monitor sales performance, and report on results.
  • Ensure executional success by creating standardized guidelines in line with global strategies like Perfect Store and Beverage Initiative.

3. Incentive Program Development and Execution

  • Design and implement operational procedures for shipping, fulfillment, and communications.
  • Partner with the partnerships team to source incentive prizes.
  • Develop a communication strategy for tracking shipments and affidavits.

4. Vendor Management

  • Identify and evaluate vendors based on quality, cost, and strategic fit.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring compliance with brand and sales standards.
  • Monitor vendor performance through training, communication, and regular audits.
  • Manage invoices and vendor relationships through the vendor portal.

5. Team Leadership

  • Interview, onboard, and train contract fulfillment associates.
  • Oversee fulfillment associates in shipping, administrative tasks, and operations.
  • Mentor and train associates on communication tools and processes.

6. Project Management

  • Develop an internal communications strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage timelines and work-back schedules with senior leaders to deliver resources to the RBNA Sales & Distribution Teams.
  • Ensure consistent communication of updates, direction, and information across the Field Support team.
