   What You’ll Do

   As an Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the General Manager to lead and inspire our team. You’ll ensure daily operations run smoothly while building a positive, professional environment where both employees and customers thrive.

   Your Key Responsibilities:

   • Create a team culture where everyone feels empowered and motivated to achieve shared goals.
   • Inspire and guide team members in their personal and professional growth.
   • Set the standard for professionalism, integrity, and dedication.
   • Oversee daily operations, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
   • Help train and mentor staff, fostering a resilient, high-performing team.
   • Implement inventory control practices to reduce shrinkage.
   • Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy and security.
   • Collaborate with management to set and exceed sales goals.
   • Maintain compliance with all local and state regulations.
   • Address customer and employee concerns professionally, resolving conflicts effectively.
   • Provide feedback and coaching to floor leads for ongoing development.
   • Communicate and delegate tasks to maintain operational flow.

   Other duties as needed.

   What We’re Looking For

   • At least 21 years old.
   • 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in retail or hospitality.
   • Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
   • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office proficiency).

   Physical Requirements:

   • Ability to stand for long periods, bend, kneel, squat, and twist.
   • Occasionally sit at a desk and work on a computer.
