Join Louis Vuitton as a Regional Operations Manager – Pacific Northwest
Louis Vuitton, the prestigious French luxury brand known for its commitment to innovation and excellence, is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee and optimize operations for the Pacific Northwest region. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with store management, regional teams, and corporate leadership to drive operational excellence while ensuring the ultimate focus remains on delivering an exceptional Client Experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive Operational Excellence:
Monitor and improve operational performance across stores, focusing on inventory accuracy, team productivity, and stock organization. Provide hands-on coaching to ensure every team member—new hires included—has the operational knowledge they need to excel. -
Enhance Training and Development:
Use tools like Ops On Demand to guide training efforts, ensuring a consistent level of operational knowledge across the region. Collaborate with retail teams to drive exceptional client-facing and behind-the-scenes operations. -
Improve Operational Efficiency:
Analyze store-level stock productivity, scheduling, and delivery timing to maximize the flow of operations. Work closely with regional departments and store teams to optimize processes, minimize costs, and reduce operational risks. -
Strengthen Policy Compliance:
Foster an operational excellence mindset, ensuring teams maintain inventory integrity and follow audit protocols. Work alongside the Internal Control team to ensure compliance with operational standards like cash reconciliation and consignment processes. -
Lead Operational Projects:
Oversee the flow of products for store openings, pop-up shops, deliveries, and renovations. Collaborate with various departments, including Supply Chain, Store Planning, and Logistics, to ensure seamless execution of retail projects and maintain an exceptional client experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A proven track record in retail operations management, preferably in luxury retail, with a strong ability to lead teams and drive results.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership abilities to coach, mentor, and motivate teams.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze operational challenges and create innovative solutions to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Operational Knowledge: Expertise in inventory control, stock management, scheduling, and logistics. Familiarity with retail-specific tools and systems is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary Range: $130,000 – $150,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities.
