What You’ll Do as a Partner Marketing Manager

In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for sparking growth through our Referral and Reseller partners. Here’s what your day-to-day could look like:

• • Lead Partner Marketing: Dream up and roll out marketing initiatives that boost sales and revenue with our partners, spanning all industries and customer types.

• • Empower Our Partners: Build easy-to-use content campaigns and educational materials that help partners share the Plaid story with confidence.

• • Team Up Across Plaid: Partner with our Marketing, Revenue, and Partnerships teams to create scalable programs that deliver big wins.

You’ll manage relationships with Sales and Marketing leaders at our top partners, lead exciting cross-functional projects, and dig into the data to make sure we’re hitting our goals. It’s a chance to flex your creative and strategic muscles while shaping how Plaid grows.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re on the hunt for someone who brings energy, experience, and a love for fintech to the table. Here’s what we’d love to see:

• • Experience: At least 2 years in product marketing and 5+ years of overall work experience.

• • People Skills: You’re a natural communicator who thrives on building strong relationships, both with partners and internal teams.

• • Growth Mindset: You’re pumped to work in a fast-paced, high-growth setting and eager to help build processes from the ground up.

• • Passion: You’re all about creating scalable partner programs and have a knack for getting things done efficiently.
