What We’re Looking For
We’re putting together an awesome tech team to power Fashion Nova’s next big chapter. We’ve got bold plans to build platforms that’ll help us grow even more in the years ahead. That’s where you come in! We’re hiring a Technical Product Manager to team up with our engineers and take our Shopify-based eCommerce experience to the next level, while also creating smart, data-driven tools for our internal crews to shine.
What You’ll Be Doing
This gig is all about keeping the product team humming. You’ll be digging into workflows, setting priorities, and making sure we’re hitting deadlines. Here’s a peek at what’s on your plate:
- Crafting and managing a product roadmap that lines up with where we’re headed as a business.
- Guiding projects from the big idea to launch—and then figuring out what’s next.
- Teaming up with engineering, QA, and other departments to roll out fresh features.
- Chatting with everyone from department heads to vendors to figure out what our systems need.
- Gathering feedback from customers and stakeholders to shape what we build.
- Keeping everyone in the loop on project scope and progress (think reports and updates).
- Running the show for team rituals like daily standups, sprint planning, and retros.
- Digging into data to spot ways we can level up.
- Keeping an eye on our tech setup and suggesting upgrades when it makes sense.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone with a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in something like Computer Science or Electrical and Computer Engineering, plus at least two years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or something similar. Bonus points if you’ve worked in eCommerce or retail, tackled things like order fulfillment or inventory systems, led big cross-team meetings (like WBRs or QBRs), and handled tricky, high-stakes platform challenges.
