Join Team Snapchat as an Identity Operations Specialist!

Our core products include Snapchat, Lens Studio (for augmented reality), and Spectacles (AR glasses). We’re looking for a passionate and dynamic Identity Operations Specialist to join our team and help ensure Snapchatters stay secure while offering solutions to any questions they may have about the app.
What You’ll Do:
- Help Snapchatters by answering their inquiries and resolving account issues.
- Identify trends, new issues, and potential bugs to improve the Snapchat experience.
- Suggest ways to improve our customer service processes.
- Work with other teams like Quality Assurance, Product, and Engineering to track account access issues and keep Snapchatters informed.
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for providing top-notch customer support.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Strong judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with great attention to detail.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer support role.
- Experience with tools like Looker, Salesforce, Zendesk, JIRA, or similar systems.
- Fluency in English (preferred).
- Familiarity with Excel, Looker, or other analytics software (a plus).

Salary:
- Zone A (CA, WA, NYC): $52,000–$78,000 per year.
- Zone B: $50,000–$74,000 per year.
- Zone C: $44,000–$67,000 per year.
