We’re searching for a creative and personable Digital Marketing Manager to help tell the story of our hotel, Private Residences, dining experiences, and the incredible people who make it all happen.
Your Role: Digital Marketing Manager
You’ll work closely with our Commercial Director to develop and execute marketing strategies that bring our hotel’s unique offerings to life. Your work will amplify our brand, attract guests, and celebrate the essence of Four Seasons hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing:
- Lead our digital strategy, crafting innovative campaigns to enhance the hotel’s online presence.
- Manage and update the hotel’s website and third-party platforms to reflect our brand and business goals.
- Monitor and optimize SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns, and digital ads.
- Track and analyze ROI, presenting monthly updates on marketing performance.
- Collaborate with hotel teams to create engaging social media content and monitor conversations relevant to our industry and local market.
- Partner with social media influencers to share authentic guest experiences.
Public Relations:
- Work with our PR agency to develop creative media campaigns and partnerships.
- Coordinate media visits, interviews, and photo or video shoots that capture our story.
- Manage our press room, image library, and promotional materials.
- Identify opportunities for local event participation and community engagement.
Collaboration:
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality campaigns.
- Be a brand ambassador for Four Seasons, both on and off the property.
What You Bring:
- Proven digital marketing experience, including social media and content creation.
- A strong understanding of mobile and emerging platforms.
- Media relations experience with a creative mindset.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and manage priorities.
- Familiarity with graphic design and production processes is a plus.
