The Opportunity

Adobe is seeking an exceptional Retention Marketing Manager to help promote adoption and continued use of our Experience Cloud solutions, with a focus on Adobe Commerce. This role will work to ensure our customers are successful with their purchases, see the value of Adobe products, expand their usage, and advocate for our solutions. You’ll develop scalable programs across multiple channels, including in-product guidance, user groups, webinars, and more. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Marketing will be key to your success in this role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop multi-channel programs to accelerate product adoption and deepen customer usage of Adobe solutions.
  • Conduct customer research to inform program design and improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with teams across Adobe to create effective customer retention strategies.
  • Work with internal experts and customers to develop new content and refine existing materials for your programs.
  • Analyze data to track program performance and optimize ongoing efforts.
  • Establish strong relationships with Adobe Champions and User Group Leaders to foster long-term customer retention and advocacy.
  • Represent the voice of the customer in internal discussions to ensure a seamless experience.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 4+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, customer success, or customer marketing.
  • Experience with Marketo or similar tools is a plus.
  • A strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering value.
  • Proven leadership and program development abilities.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies such as Marketo, Pendo, or GainsightPX.
  • Creative, proactive, and self-motivated with a passion for customer success.
  • Outstanding writing and interpersonal communication skills.
