The ideal candidate will have a proven track record implementing cross-functional initiatives and scaling processes, be highly customer-centric, and display an analytical approach to creative problem-solving. What You’ll Do
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and maintain a roadmap of the Tesla Semi Service Experience
Work directly with the commercial customers to identify opportunities for improvement of current processes
Create processes and procedures that enable an outstanding service experience for our commercial trucking customers
Understand and articulate project plans through all stages of project lifecycle, maintaining documentation and reports through all milestones
Understand and influence strategic goals, customer needs and business objectives; act as liaison between other internal teams to ensure success of the Tesla Semi Service Experience
Effectively handle multiple priorities to meet all objectives and deadlines. Ability to delegate tasks to cross-functional partners.
Assist others to identify solutions to issues that negatively impact program and/or project plans

Proven track record of implementing cross-functional initiatives and scaling businesses
JIRA experience or other relevant project management experience
Process documentation and strategic road mapping experience
Heavy Duty trucking and/or service operations experience a plus

Expected Compensation
$124,000 – $186,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
