Join Red Bull as a Brand Marketing Manager

Red Bull is looking for a Brand Marketing Manager (BMM) to join our team and lead regional marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, you will play a key role in creating impactful, innovative local campaigns that drive awareness, build brand love, and grow Red Bull’s presence in your region. Your efforts will help shape the regional marketing landscape while ensuring alignment with our national and global brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consumer Insights:
    Serve as the voice of the consumer by understanding regional demographics and psychographics. Use these insights to influence marketing strategies and create inclusive, culturally relevant campaigns that authentically reflect local communities.

  • Regional Brand Marketing:
    Protect Red Bull’s brand equity by ensuring all local efforts align with national and global strategies. Develop and execute data-driven, 360° marketing plans that drive demand and awareness. Work on year-round campaigns targeting specific occasions like work, socializing, fitness, gaming, etc.

  • Collaborative Marketing Initiatives:
    Collaborate with regional Sports, Culture, and Communications teams to enhance the impact of brand initiatives. Share insights and track KPIs to improve future campaigns and contribute to national best practices.

  • Beverage Initiatives and Sales Support:
    Lead regional product launches, ensuring alignment with national assets while tailoring for local appeal. Support retail sales and event activations to drive engagement and brand visibility.

  • Advertising & Creative:
    Provide insights to the Advertising Team to optimize regional media plans. Guide creative execution by ensuring campaigns resonate with local consumers and maintain Red Bull’s high standards.

  • Budget Management and Reporting:
    Oversee marketing budgets for regional initiatives and ensure the alignment of all campaigns with Red Bull’s global strategy. Measure campaign success and provide insights into competitive marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of brand marketing experience, ideally within a consumer goods or CPG environment.
  • Strong background in digital and social media marketing.
  • Experience in managing regional marketing campaigns, from strategy development to execution.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in creative and cross-functional teams.
  • Budget management experience and understanding of retail activation strategies.
  • A valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary range: $85,600 – $128,400, with potential cash incentives (varies for NYC & SFO Bay Area locations).
