💰 Salary: $110,000 – $159,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

About the Role

At Meta, we’re all about building technology that helps people connect, grow communities, and expand businesses. Our design teams work across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, and Meta Quest to create seamless and innovative user experiences.

As a Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping how people interact with our technology. From brainstorming fresh ideas to fine-tuning the final details before launch, you’ll be hands-on in the product development process. We’re looking for designers who not only have an eye for aesthetics but also understand user behavior and product strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Work on product features from concept to execution.
• Design user-friendly experiences for web and mobile platforms.
• Develop and refine visual systems and layouts.
• Provide and receive design feedback to maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, UX researchers, and content strategists to deliver the best possible user experience.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 2+ years of experience in product design, interaction design, or visual design.
✅ Strong understanding of typography, UI design, color theory, and layout principles.
✅ Experience in prototyping and user experience design.
✅ Ability to make strategic design decisions that align with product goals.
✅ Excellent communication skills to articulate design ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• A portfolio showcasing end-to-end design work, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Experience integrating your designs with larger company-wide initiatives.
