What You’ll Do:
- Build long-term relationships with clients to create a loyal customer base
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle through thoughtful questions and active listening
- Stay up-to-date on the latest vehicle options, technology, and features
- Provide clear financing options and work with management to offer the best deals
- Ensure high-quality, professional demonstrations of new vehicles
- Use CRM tools to follow up with clients and maintain strong communication
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3 years of automotive sales experience (highline dealership experience is a plus)
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Ability to drive manual transmission is preferred
Compensation:
