Job Description

We’re looking for a friendly and dependable individual to be the first point of contact for all client inquiries. As a Help Desk Technician, you’ll handle a variety of tasks, from answering general questions to troubleshooting basic technical issues. Your role is critical in ensuring our clients feel supported and confident when they reach out to us.

Key Responsibilities

Be the primary point of contact for all incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and directing inquiries to the appropriate team member.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical or account-related problems.
Accurately document client interactions and maintain organized records.
Follow up on client concerns to ensure a resolution has been achieved.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements & Qualifications

Strong communication and active listening skills.
A customer-first mindset with the ability to stay calm and positive under pressure.
Basic knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting is a plus but not required.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
